Furry Mall , A Brand Store of All Win Global LLC. Furry Mall ships to most locations worldwide. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. All orders are shipped via standard shipping, and shipping times may vary depending on the location. Customers can select expedited shipping options at checkout for an additional fee.
Furry Mall is not responsible for any additional customs or import fees that may be charged by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying these fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Furry Mall, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that items must be in their original, unopened condition, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@furrymall.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been opened or used, including pet food and treats.
